“We ordered our VinoView 155 in November 2019. Shortly afterwards, we discovered that Wine Enthusiast has mixed up our order with another customer in Texas. It took several discussion with various people to correct the problem. That issue delayed our delivery by several weeks. Then, we had a snow storm on the day of our scheduled delivery. The large delivery truck would not come down our driveway in the snow. So, they left and said someone would contact me. Not hearing from anyone for several days, I spoke to Allison at Wine Enthusiast. She indicated she would take of the problem and reschedule the delivery AND she would call me back. Well, no call back or resolution even after two more calls back to Allison. So, I took matters into my own hands and called the truck delivery service. They reacted quickly and the product was delivered within a few days. But it was over a month after our order. Anyway, it's a great product and we are now enjoying it.”

“I love the way I can see the labels without opening the door. It also holds 12 bottles of almost any size on each rack so the capacity is very close to the advertised capacity.”

“It's a little louder than our previous wine fridge, but that's to be expected as this one uses a compressor and the old one was thermoelectric. Noise is subjective though, what is loud to one person might be just fine to the next so I downloaded a noise meter to my phone. Our dishwasher (admittedly a 20+ year old one) is about 65 decibels and this wine fridge runs about 50 decibels. According to the internet, "Fifty decibels is the level of noise of a quiet conversation at home or a quiet stream. In comparison, the general base of 70 decibels is the noise level of a vacuum cleaner or of radio and TV audio." Given that, I'm pretty happy with the noise level. It sits in our dining room right next to the table and we've had guests over for dinner and it's never been a distraction.As far as capacity, it is much better than a lot of the wine cellars that store bottles with the bottom or top facing the door. We live in Oregon so most of our wine is Pinot Noir, which is a bigger bottle. We haven't had to take any shelves out and most shelves can be completely filled with bottles, although they are resting against each other if that bothers you.The lights are incredibly bright, you aren't going to want to leave them on all the time, but they are really handy when selecting a wine. And speaking of selecting a wine, the shelves pull out all the way making seeing the wine in the back of the shelf extremely easy. Because of where we had to place the cellar we can't open the door fully, so getting the wine at the back right out is a little tricky, usually involving moving a couple of other bottles. Not the end of the world, and if we'd had room to set it up so the door opened another couple of inches it probably wouldn't be problem at all.Delivery was on-time and the delivery company put it exactly where we wanted it and took all the packing materials away, no complaints there.”

“We had a smooth delivery and have had our vino view up and running for about 2 weeks.Temperature remains constant. The original side stacking offers visibility of every bottle, the offset feature easily accommodates odd size bottles and the smooth & sturdy glides make it a pleasure to use. We are so excited to have a real storage place for our wine!”

“Anyone can sell, but it's service afterwards that makes all the difference. Adam was a great help in making my choice. There were some issues with the delivery. It was difficult being that the fridge was going to a loft area. There was a slight problem with the cooler finish, but W.E. Handled it very professionally. They helped deal with the delivery service and all is fixed.”

“these are exactly as described. Love them. Display bottles and hold lots of wine. One minor issue is if the doors are no open all the way the pull out shelves can get caught on molding when sliding back in. More of an operator issue.”
