“Love how quiet this unit is! The shelving pulls out smoothly and are very sturdy when fully loaded. The communication by the shippers was great and they provided white glove service installing the unit and removing all the packaging. Super simple!”

“The VinoView is a great attractive way to store your quality wine. A solid feature is it’s capability of storing different size wine bottles. In addition, the display capability provides a beautiful way to view your collection. It is easy to set up and the controls are easy to use. I set at 55 degrees F and it has not budged from that temperature. In addition, the White Glove delivery service takes care of the packaging and having it placed in the spot you wanted. Highly recommend this great wine refrigerator.”

“Loved it at first but humidity way to high with water condensation and labels wrinkling . Some bottles with mold. I bought a hygrometer-90% humidity! To WE's credit, they replaced it with a different model.”

“I bought the VinoView for personal use at my house, and I've had it for approximately two months , so I can't account for longevity, but I can say, so far, I'm thrilled with it. --The fridge is very quiet, a small hum at worst, and I simply don't hear it unless I walk up to it with the intent on listening. I have it in my dining room/kitchen area (open concept) with other appliances, i.e. fridge.--I love being able to display my collection, not just for show, but for ease of use when finding a bottle I want to pull. It can get tricky stacking different wineries behind others (with a diverse collection), but I simply made a sheet to account for it, and I developed a system of varietals so I know where to look.--I have some slender, dessert style wine bottles (late harvest) that wouldn't fit on the shelves (they'd fall through). Fortunately there's more than enough room at the bottom of the fridge to lay them down. I could see magnum sizes working in there too as long as they aren't massive. Otherwise, all bottle types and shapes so far fit on the racks with surprising fit. Pinot Noirs, Cabs, Chardonnay, Reisling, etc.. etc... all fit.--The blue light (can be off/on) that lights up the fridge is beautiful and great when you need to quickly see into the fridge. I have mine placed in a darker area to avoid sunlight.--Beware "white glove" delivery. All this means is someone will be hired to deliver it, and, for me, they were no different than a hardware store delivery truck and personnel and will typically do the absolute minimum required before you're happy. --Related to the issue above, I also had shipping issues with the company, and I even called Wine Enthusiast to complain about the shipping company they used (not the product). I was placed on hold for awhile for a manager, then was told I'd get a call back, and never received a call back. I decided that it simply wasn't worth it to get upset at Wine Enthusiast when the product was fine, so I let it go.I don't have any negatives about the fridge itself. It's exactly what I was hoping it would be.”
