“Pros: Works as intended, dual zones function perfectly, it's quieter than I expected, and it's great to be able to swap out wine bottle racks. Cons: The feet are wobbly and there's no good way to keep the cooler from being wobbly. It only comes with one fall guard clip, but it doesn't really help stabilize. The cooler becomes less readily wobbly with the more weight (that is, wine bottles) kept in the fridge, but for the price I expected better feet/stability options. Overall happy with the purchase, will figure out our own solution for the wobbliness.”

“I had high hopes for this fridge, but it's a bit of a disappointment. The concept of dual zone is mostly a concept - mine consistently stays at 54/46 (verses the 66/46 for which it's set). Repeated attempts to contact customer service at Wine Enthusiast! were completely unsuccessful, which is disppointing given their generally positive reputation. I suggest you steer clear. It's lovely in every way ... except function.”

“I was a bit sceptical after trying a piezoelectric chiller here in Fl 10-12 years ago and finding it was a bust. This unit works very well, reds @ 68* and whites at 45*. I will try to dial the temps down a bit, but very happy with this unit. Would wholeheartedly recommend it!”

“Great service, arrived on schedule, well packaged. Very quiet, no issues or surprises. I’m not surprised since I have a Euro Cave (holds around 100 bottles) purchased in 1987 from Wine Enthusiast. It has been moved 7 times to 3 States (Texas, South Carolina and Virginia). It still runs great, never had any maintenance done on it.”

“So far it’s good, too early to tell. However it was delivered to the wrong g address and luckily the homeowner told me- I was told at check out that I’d get notification when it ships- I did not and I’m elderly and had to get someone to bring it to me!! Cost me $ correct address on the box, wrong delivery.”
