“The fridge is very attractive, and looks great even tho it sits by itself on the wall in my kitchen. Made sure it wasn't in any direct sunlight and cleaned the filters regularly. However, it runs constantly, and has some issues with temp regulation. If it isn't opened for a few days its usually fine. However, after opening it, the temp will very from too warm, to very cold for about a day before it figures it out. The constant running wasn't noticed until the fan started to die. The interior fan blew a bearing which has left the unit useless. I am currently trying to find a replacement. The unit is about 14 months old.In the end tho, its still a nice looking unit, and works better than some of the other wine fridges I have owned. That's why it gets 3 stars instead of 1”

“This doesn't hold 18 bottles because you cannot fit bottles in front of the fan area- even standard bottles are too long. The bottom nonadjustable rack is also much short than the other shelves. You can only fit one bottle (standard) in diagonally. This means that you have less storage for the lower (cooler) half of the fridge. I drink a lot more white (sauvignon blanc) than red, so this is very disappointing. I understood that wider bottles such as pinot noir reislings and sparking would take up more room, but nowhere did it say that your basic bottle of white wine wouldn't fit in some places. I don't know how it cools the wine yet, as I have just put my wine in the fridge.It is also not that quiet. It's not horribly loud, but you definitely notice it when it kicks on.”

“My wife bought this item as a present. Within a year the bottom section stopped working. The company sent a new one. Within a year it started sounding like an idling truck. When company stays in that room we have to unplug it. When putting a bottle in, if it touches the back of the refridge, the noise can either go down or get louder.”

“Delivery was within a reasonable timeframe. However, the box was damaged and the unit was dented. I relayed this info via email to Wine Enthusiast, they responded quickly to issue a gift certificate to off set the minor damage to the unit. They also indicated that they would keep the info on file in case the unit encountered issues in the future.”

“We've had this for almost 3 years now. The issue is that the red wine portion of the fridge does not hold the temp correctly. We have the red set to around 64, and the whites set to about 56 I think. Whites are at 56 and reds are at 58! This is not good for red wines. But no matter what we do, the reds are not warm enough. In the summer, the whites run a little warmer than they should. Very frustrating for something that is supposed to have 2 separate zones, specifically for reds and whites. We are not happy with how this has held up. It looks nice, but doesn't function well at all. It will ruin your reds.”

“We have the wine refrigerator next to our kitchen table. If you weren't looking at it, you would never know it's there. That's how quiet it is. Temperature has been holding beautifully. Not sure why I waited so long to make this purchase! I truly can not think of a negative comment for this item.”

“So far it has worked beautifully. The only thing that is not perfect is when it arrived they dented the side of it, but so far the dent hasn't effected the capability of the product.”
