“Nice unit, looks good, easy to opperate. Seems to be limited to a 15 degree differential between zones. That's OK. Nice to get bottles out of the refrigerator, always have a selection on hand without going to the basement storage cellar.”

“This product is simple to set up and extremely quiet. It is nice looking and seems to be a quality product. Stores 18 bottles of reds and whites at different temps with no problem.”

“This was the worst online shopping experience I have ever had! Wanted delivery by a specified date and had plenty of time to ensure this would happen. If it was delivered too late it would be sitting outside waiting for someone to steal it as no person would be there for nearly 5 weeks after this time frame. After many phone calls and being flat out lied to, "it's in the werehouse and is being shipped today" was one of the responses. There were 3 days until that happend as I was waiting for my UPS tracking number that never came. I called UPS and they said wine enthusiast has yet to give them a product to ship. Needless to say when it finally was shipped I was lied to again when the women told me she would contact UPS to change the shipping address as no person would be available to accept the package. UPS left it on the porch of the origional address without getting any signature or anything! I went online to track the package and to my surprise it was delivered and it sat there and am shocked it was never stolen. I would never buy another product from this company again because of all of this. I just wanted someone to have a nice birthday present. I had to give him a picture of the gift that should arrive on some mysterious date instead. How annoying. Customer service has no clue and when I asked to speak with a supervisior the women said there were none. Probably another lie. The wait on the phone was nearly 20 min on one occasion.”

“The delivery was later than expected. Based on the ship date, I had this delivered to a friends home because I knew I would be out of town. The wine fridge actually came nearly 2 weeks after I expected it and I could have had it sent to my house if I was notified of the delayed ship time.I actually tried to call the service desk a couple times and my message was never returned.”
