“We didn't expect it to run all of the time. Even the "preserver" kicks in without having a bottle in! It can become annoying after a while. Other than that, it does seem to work.”

“The unit keeps the wines at perfect temperature and fits all the bottles including a tall Carménère. The condensation tray is a great improvement from our Euro Cave. Noise level is similar to the Euro Cave.”

“It works pretty well when there are two bottles in the unit, but if there is only one bottle or no bottles, the vacuum pump runs frequently. It doesn't seem to have a switch on the drop down seals to detect when they are in the stored position. Also the condensate collection tray is too small and can fill up quickly during the summer.”

“It accomplishes it's purpose in keeping wine drinkable for over a week but its fan is noisy and intermittently the vacuum suction starts noisily, when there's no need for it.”
