“This is far too large for a kitchen counter. Best for an out of the way place like a utility room or a bar? And it is not quite as advertised but is over 55 decibels. I have it on a table in my office and it is noisier than any of my air filters and more than a small wine fridge I have in the living room. Sometimes I turn it off when I am working as it’s just too much. So in a living room, family room or kitchen, I would be unhappy. I had a similar EuroCave bought 20 years ago that was smaller and quieter. But after 20 years the seals gave up. Works great, just be advised about noise.”

“Purchased two of them about 9 months ago and have been very happy with them. I was a bit concerned about the vacuum not working properly and have had a couple minor issues getting a good seal such as needing to remove more of the leftover wax capsule, but the vast majority of bottles automatically seal just fine. It's also great having 3 temperature range selections - red, white, and storage. I've left bottles in them up to 5 days without issue.”

“The unit arrived on time and intact. From day one, it has been working flawlessly and keeping our wines in perfect condition. It is somewhat larger than our previous unit, so it occupies a greater area of the counter, especially considering this has one large door, as opposed to the two smaller doors in the previous unit. I was planning to have two of these, but due to these dimensions, I can't afford to lose all that counter space.”

“We owned the predecessor to this unit and this one looks better and performs well. People note noise; it’s not silent. I wouldn’t put it next to my bed. It sits next to our wine racks and does fine.”
