“Overall, the item is reliable and provides good performance. Need to mention that when I got the item it came scratched, a cosmetics issue that doesn't affect the item's performance. Customer service did a great job in providing adequate options to manage this situation. Why not 5 out of 5? Simply, because I didn't intend to buy a scratch item on its surface.”

“I received the slim line cooler and it fits my need’s perfectly. I love how quiet it does its job of consistent cooling and it fits my space beautifully. I especially appreciate Josh Ravano and Reds Initan for making sure I had the correct cooler and resolved in a timely manner. Cheers to cool wine in a warm summer!”

“This wine refrigerator is my first purchase of this kind. I was hesitant but it proved to be so easy to set up. I was able to easily set the two temperatures I needed. It has been running smoothly for over two weeks. You can hear a slight noise when the compressor turns on and off but it is not intrusive at all. It’s very attractive and does a great job. I even recommended it to a friend who also purchased the same unit!”
