“I bought this on Amazon and it cost me $60 more which I am not happy about. Also, put the door handles on are a real pain. They do not secure tightly to the door. One of the holes on the inside part of the door became enlarged while trying to tighten the handles and now a screw fell down into the hole. I now have to go to the hardware store to see if I can get another matching screw. You should not make it this difficult to attach a handle. Better yet, why not just ship it with the handles already on it. I am very disappointed.”

“We received our wine cooler in January 2022. The problem is that the frequency of the unit turning on and off. (30-40 seconds for each cycle) I tried all the troubleshooting items in the owners manual but still cycles to often. Is this a problem with the wine cooler and if so what needs to be done to resolve.”

“So far it has been set at 55 degrees and filled twice. the last one had two sides for red and white wines . about the second year the red side stopped, and I could only use the white side. I hope this operates longer.”

“This was our first wine cooler purchase and we couldn't be happier. Sleek appearance and ease of operation are win win. Love being able to store an open bottle upright until the next pour. Quieter than anticipated. Delighted it arrived earlier than estimated. Met all our criteria and more.”
