“i'm currently not enjoying the purchase as i'm still waitng for the missing leveler on the front. i have emailed and called regarding the missing leveler and still have not received any response. shall i return or get a replacement???”

“The wine fridge has potential. I had a lot issues getting it. third time ordering it, I finally got it. However, the screws that are supposed to attach the handles are about a half inch too short. I let a customer service rep know this, but 2 weeks later, I have not head from anyone. So it runs great and fits perfect but the look is not good without the handles. Sound is minimal, like a normal fridge.”

“Looks nice. Great size. Love the dual zones. Maintains temperature well. However, the fan or compressor starts and stops every 1-2 minutes and is quite noisy. We have called several times and still pending a call back (over a week now).”

“The front Temperature LED lights are too bright (blue) and there is no way to dim or turn them off on this model. They actually can light up a room!”

“I would like to speak with someone to make sure the electrical sizzling-sparking noise our unit is making is normal. We don't want to come home to discover that it was a short and our house has burned down. I sent a message weeks ago and haven't heard anything. The unit seems to be cooling OK and I don't smell anything but we have had previous wine coolers that didn't make this noise”

“I really like the wine refrigerator. I like the two sides, and dual temperature. I am disappointed in Wine Enthusiast. The screws for the handles do not fit. I was told they are custom made and are now on back order. How come my custom mad screws were not with the product? How can something custom made be on back order? I received my product in mid November, and my latest email is delaying them even more. The anticipated date now is mid January. Through the holiday season I have company in and out of my house and are continually explaining the missing handles. Hopefully my screws will arrive without further delay!”
