Very quiet. Like the bottom angled shelf, room for larger bottles like champagne. Like the temp settings and the side by side doors

The hardware is cheaply made and fits poorly. Handle came stripped and not drilled in the proper place to attach to door. Customer service is extremely frustrating. Wait times nearly an hour by phone. No one returns phone calls or emails for weeks on end if at all. Not joking. Waiting nearly a month for a replacement handle to show up. Told it was in back order. Haven’t been able to have a complete unit since delivery otherwise Unit is working fine.

Perfect size to keep your everyday wines at the temperature you want them I do one side whites at a low temp and the other side reds at a higher cellar temp. And , if you have both Bordeaux and Burgundy size bottles, you can still get the maximum storage by alternating them on the same shelf with one bottle with the top to the front and the other with the bottom to the front.

I love the look and the unit is holding temp nicely. A little noisy but for the price point it is acceptable. However, I have tried to get the handles on and the screws seem to be too short, do not align with the holes and force you to lift the door seal up and out of position. Also, there was no instructions on how to install the handles. Its unfortunate because I would have expected much better.

The door handles were hard to put on, and one of them got stripped or was damaged in the process. For this reason, I'll give the unit a 3 (not to mention there were no instructions on how to put on the handles). It's relatively quiet, but we have it in our dining room away from bedrooms and office. Didn't realize that you can't store champagne (unless you remove a shelf). Also, some of our bottles are not standard and don't fit.

Nice cooler. Holds 24 bottles and the French door configuration is very nice. 1 problem: no instructions on how to install the handles. Think it would be easy, but screws don’t appear to be the right length and some basic instruction would be greatly appreciated.

The ordering process was easy and the delivery was definitely fast. We couldn’t be happier.
