“I haven't had the replacement fridge for more than 2 days (first arrived with manufacturing defects), so I can't vouch for the fridge other than it does appear to keep the temperatures locked in exactly and is pretty quiet in operation. I gave it a 3 star rating however because the almost $500 item arrives without the handles installed, so get out your tool set to install them on your own without instructions for it - first star deduction. Seems like a poor oversight just to save an inch on shipping volume. To install the handles, you have to detach the door seals and install the handles' screws beneath them - yes you heard me right - the holes for the screws are directly and inconveniently right beneath the door seals, so pry those off. Carefully. (Another reason they should have installed them for you in the factory.) It doesn't feel very comfortable to do surgery on your brand new wine fridge. But anyway, after installing the door handles, replace the door seals carefully, and expect a slight bump to exist where the screw heads are lying beneath - the reason for the second star deduction. We will see how well it stays sealed with the screw bumps. Hopefully it works well because I dread attempting to contact customer support again. I had to call 3 times and email twice to get my replacement fridge after receiving the defective one. Yay. So now where's that wine?...”

“I like the side-by-side design. The controls are easy to use. It's great that the temperature for either side can be set independently for the full range. This unit is a bit noisy. It makes normal refrigerator compressor noises (expected) but also has some loud pops and hisses. If it wasn't for the loud pops and hisses I would have given it 5 stars.”

“I called the WIne Enthusiast and explained what I was looking for. The lady was excellent. She answered all my questions and explained everything well. My wine cooler arrived within 48 hours! Great service! The wine cooler does an excellent job cooling bottles and looks very nice. The typical wine bottle fits perfectly The French Doors are sturdy and the displays are bright and clear. The doors were very easy to attach. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because of the random loud noises I hear from the compressor. The noise occurs when the compressor turns off. I have only owned it for a couple of months so hopefully it occurs less and less as it breaks itself in.”

“Delivery was fine unit was in good shape. The handles were a but hard To assemble. Followed directions left unit standing upright 24 hours then let unit cone to default temperature 30 million minutes. Set desired temperature 53 and 52. Past 24 have listened to the unit come on via a a click noise then off then on then off every minute. I can't imagine the temperature is changing enough to turn on the compressor to cool. My place is 70 degrees consistently and placed unit out of the way of drastic temperature changes. Seems as though the unit is losing temperature somewhere?”

“The wine fridge met all the specs on the website. It looks nice. It was easy to adjust each side to the specific wine I am storing. The only thing odd is the noise. It makes a low whirring sound that I find distracting.”
