“Most frustrating assembly experience ever. The screws to mount the handles have to get under the door seals and tension from the seals make it most challenging to keep the screws aligned and through the doors. The refrigerator is always rumbling even when the compressor is not running. Maybe fans? Anyways, it is always using power.”

“This dual-zone cooler is exactly what I’ve been looking for. The French doors are attractive and of course functional - love the interior light feature as well. Each side maintains a steady temperature that is easily adjustable if you desire. I do keep some larger bottles in my collection, so I’m not usually able to store 24 bottles (around 20 is about the norm), but that’s fine with me. Makes a touch of noise now and then like all appliances. Very happy with this attractive and well-made cooler overall.”

“The first unit we ordered was damaged in shipment and I refused it on arrival. Before I had a chance to call Wine Enthusiast, they were on the phone to me and had arranged a replacement! Good job guys!The second unit arrived unharmed and setup was easy. After almost a month, the unit is performing as defined and my wife and I are enjoying properly chilled wines. This is a great product and I would recommend to anyone who wants to maintain a small supply of wine for drinking.”

“My wife and I are very pleased with this purchase. It is elegant and very quiet. It performs as expected keeping the wines at the correct temperature easily. We are more of a red wine family but having that smaller upper section really is nice for those whites we keep on hand. Product is a very nice addition to those who are looking to casually get into increasing their wine interests and pallet.”

“I had to call several times to make certain delivery was coming but overall everything was efficient. I did order this unit to take advantage of the recent inventory sale but I paid full shipping and then just after I received the unit I received e-mails that this unit would be eligible for free shipping so that was a bit confusing. I could not confirm if my order would have qualified or not. I did speak to customer service several times and overall they were helpful although the weekend call I made was less so. Shipping costs are always a big part of the total order so i would have liked to have had free shipping which Amazon offers on this unit.”
