Extremely difficult to attach handles. Other than that, the unit performs as advertised.

Great capacity for home fridge, temperature control with separate doors very nice. Previous wine fridge had dual zones but one door. Sound can be heard occasionally, but only for few seconds. Otherwise it would a five star. So far so good. Last wine fridge lasted for six years. Time will tell.

The cooler arrived quickly and was easy to put together. It is attractive and would have been what we were looking for. Unfortunately it is VERY loud when running. We put a rug under it to tone down the noise and it didn't help. We tried calling and Chatting customer service and couldn't get through to anyone. We have the cooler in the dining room and it is very disruptive when running since it is so loud. We would like to return it if the noise issue can't be fixed

The overall appearance is very good. I like the smoked glass and the French doors. I’m disappointed in the interior size of the wine bottles storage. I think that it should have been a little bigger to accommodate the 24 bottles. The bottles that I have are standard sized but they are too tight and I have bottles that don’t fit and have to be remain in my refrigerator. That kind of defeats the purpose. I don’t need a larger wine fridge as the larger fridge only stores more bottles, not more space interior. The temperature was easy to set and keeps the wine at a pleasant temperature. It’s also very quiet. It serves my purpose as long as I overlook the shortcomings.

Love everything about the fridge except that one of the two zone's is struggling to maintain consistent temperature - it seems to kick into constant cooling and the temperature gets way too cold. Keeping it set at the highest temperature seems to help some. The other zone doesn't have this issue.

Just over a year ago my 5+ year old wine enthusiast refrigerator died due to a power surge. After such good luck with the dual temperature zones of my last refrigerator I decided to stick with the wine enthusiast brand and upgrade to this larger french door version. For the first few months everything was perfect- I love the ability to keep open bottles in both sides and the dual temperature zones were exactly what I was looking for. A few months later the compressor started making an electrical buzzing noise everytime it turned on. Concerned, I sent an email to the wine enthusiast team and told them what was going on. They needed to hear the sound to decide if it was an issue or not. Finally a few months later after figuring out how to capture the noise I sent it in and they informed me that's a normal sound... annoying but okay. Now... just a month after the 1 year limited warranty is up my wine fridge lights flash everytime the compressor turns on or off, makes loud clicking sounds every few minutes and the lights of the fridge aren't even totally visible at every temperature setting. I've also noticed the temperature seems to be colder than it used to be on my 60 degree reds side. I'm very disappointed that my $400 purchase worked well for less than a year. Maybe I got a lemon but sadly, I'm not sure I will get a wine enthusiast product again.
