“The wine frig will keep my white and red wines at a comfortable temperature. It’s sleek and it’s a nice piece of furniture that fits in my kitchen very well. Easy to set up. Delivered to my house in a few days. There are a few negatives regarding the depth of the unit which prevents the door from closing. I have to turn my bottles on an angle to close and seal the door. That provides less than the 32 bottle capacity as mentioned. Also, it is a struggle to pull out the wire shelves so I can’t easily choose the bottle that I want.”

“Great looking wine fridge. It is a perfect size. The black cabinet looks so much more elegant than the stainless-steel look that I see in other fridges. (I keep it in my study.) The reason I took a star off is that certain bottles will not fit on the shelves. If the fridge was redesigned with a half an inch larger on the shelves, it would have a been a true 5 star review. But still a good product.”

“Temperature control is good, which is the important thing. The unit is quiet and has a nice clean appearance. It’s a bit frustrating that the door needs to be completely opened (fully to the right) otherwise the wire racks won’t slide out. I am unable to do that where I have the unit located so if I want to see what’s on a rack I have to remove bottles individually.”

“Not a new purchase. You guys did not charge me in July so when you processed payment months later it caused me to waste hours. First I got a shipment notification; I waited over 30 minutes to speak with customer service; I was told that if it showed up to return it..my job not yours; then the credit card charge showed up in December; I tried to call your customer service line---waited on hold for an hour and gave up; went to my credit card statements and spent another couple of hours looking through them; then called my credit card company and had them do a search only to discover per cc company you had not charged me previously. The first refrigerator dies within a WEEK. Yes you sent another one but it was up to me to get everything hauled away. So bad product; horrible billing practices; unavailable customer service; and unable to get rid of all these e-mails. I tried to respond to your "review" email and I get message "this e-mail address no longer in use." Difficult to reach and poor business practices.”
