“I bought this wine cooler because it was going to be entry level, and I trusted the WE name. The first cooler showed up broken. After speaking to a customer service rep whose dog was barking in the background, she gave me an email to send pictures to that came back as no longer in use by WE. It was Friday evening so by the time I called back they were closed until Monday. On Monday I used the chat, and a replacement was sent, saying they will dispose of the old one. Weeks went by, nothing. Finally I went on chat again where the person told me it was my problem to dispose of it, and left the chat. So the want to use WE for customer service is non existent. The fridge is average. Cheap materials, decent appearance, but does not manage humidity at all. My entire collection is moist (Virginia). Just spend a little more on a single zone for more space and chill whites down more before serving. Use another company as WE has no value to provide customer service.”

“This 32 bottle dual zone wine cooler is the second one purchased from wine Enthusiast. Excellent service and delivery. The first 18 bottle wine cooler was purchased 6 years ago and was sold to purchase the 32 bottle cooler. No regrets , highly recommended.”

“very quiet, very stylish. yes, it doesn't fit as many irregular bottles but no fridge does. if you're looking for an affordable, good looking wine fridge for ~ 50 bottles this is the best you'll find”

“The refrigerator was easy to unpack and set up. We waited 24 hours before applying power, as recommended. It's easy to set the temperatures, and the shelves accommodate our wine bottles. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is that the compressor is noisier than we expected it to be. We can hear it from the other room when it's running. Maybe that's standard for this type of unit, but we hadn't considered that factor when making our purchase.”
