I can’t get the top section (red) to the temperature setting that it’s set for (62 degrees) while the bottom section (white) is set for 47 degrees. It won’t go above 58 degrees while the bottom section is 47 degrees.

I am pleased now that the Wine Cooler is up and running. But I was not happy setting it up. I had to call customer support because the unit got very hot on the outter walls as it cooled down, and the temperature fluccuated when loading the bottles, a third at a time. That seemed abnormal to me. The instruction manual could be much more explicit in what to expect while setting up the unit. That could save a lot of anxiety on my part and calls to customer support. There should be step by step what to expect while the unit goes to the selected temperature and when the bottles are loaded. Also it should be noted in the Instructions, the time that it takes to reach to temperature while setting up. Now it appears to be stable and operating without problems.

Really enjoy the dual zone feature for reds and whites. Very sleek, sophisticated look and can fit larger bottles in base section of lower compartment. Definitely consider that some bottles of larger diameter may not fit properly. Unimpressed by customer service; communicated multiple times to clarify and confirm delivery without direct reply until many weeks later. Very communicative through the point of submitting my order.

I am surprised to see this cooler is still being sold. I have had two and experienced the same problems with both, and I can't imagine I am the only person who has had problems. When I first purchased this model in November 2020, I wrote a very positive review--it worked great. However, by summer 2021, the cooler began making loud clunking noises and struggled to maintain the top zone set temperature of 41 degrees (the lowest available setting) -- the bottom zone held its temperature just fine. I discovered the back wall of the top zone was covered in frost, requiring that I unplug it, remove all the wine, and defrost it. I contacted Wine Enthusiast, and they replaced the cooler under warranty. The replacement also worked well for several months, but again, all of the same problems began with the colder zone...noise, frost, failure to hold temperature. I decided to swap zones, and put the reds on top, and whites below, to see if that would resolve the issue. Not. Now the bottom, colder zone is covered in frost. I did find that if you set the top and bottom zones at 50 degrees, it holds both zones just fine. But the point of this purchase was to have two zones, and so I would not recommend this model.

Works as advertised. Storage is a bit tight. The two temperature zones are really helpful. It’s quiet and not unattractive.

Nice cooler, but kind of loud when the compressor is running.

I like I a lot because it seems to do just what it should but the noise is driving me to relegate it to the garage. I understand it probably has to run often to maintain set temps. Other than that issue, it’s is lovely.
