“Unfortunately, I did not read or believe all the reviews. I purchased this beautiful unit in March 22. Carefully following the instructions, I placed the unit and waited 24 hours as directed. I started the unit and it worked very well. It had an audible sound when it was running, nothing to be concerned about. It's a piece of refrigeration equipment. Soon, the normal sound of a refrigeration unit turned into a rumbling sound. I thought maybe it was a bottle that was vibrating. That was not the case. I've now been on hold 3 times for over an hour and ten minutes. Customer service cannot help, transferring me to technical support, only to be placed back in the same queue to wait again, and be answered by the same unhelpful customer support agent. At this point, I am waiting for technical support to call back. I am not holding my breath.”

“The product arrived quickly and looks beautiful. But I’m not sure that it works properly. It runs nearly continuously even though I’m only trying to keep it at 55 degrees in a 70 degree ambient temperature room with no direct sun. And when it does shut off, it makes extremely loud cracking sounds. It sounds as if every internal plastic component must surely be snapping in half.”

“Very nice wine refrigerator. So far the temperature is holding and seems to be accurate. I like the dual zones and very easy to adjust. It fits 32 bottles but with some stacking in the middle. I don’t like this feature, but not horrible.”
