So far I am enjoying my new wine fridge. It’s fairly quiet and it keeps things cool as needed. Good storage for small collections of wine. Go bigger with large collections.

Expensive and noisy. It runs quite often, which isn’t great for our open floor plan. Also, upon arrival one of the feet was missing so it was lop-sided (I found it later, had unscrewed and his under my couch when we unpackaged) and there were a bunch of small bugs inside the box when we opened it!! I contacted Wine Enthusiast, got crickets back. Spend your money on a different wine cooler, you can do better.

I have no complaint with the cooler, it keeps the wines at the temps we like. Be aware that as the description states it holds 32 bottles, it does not have the racks for 32 bottles, 5 need to sit atop other bottles below when full. Had I been more aware of what I was looking at in the picture, I might have gone for a different unit. The customer service reps did tell me how many racks the cooler came with when I questioned this, but failed to point out what I couldn't see in the picture, that some bottles had to be positioned in a way that's awkward when working with them.

Love it! I wish I had gotten a bigger one. Dual temperature zones are great! Love the dark glass exterior too!

I love our new wine cooler! It is almost silent and doesn't give off heat like our old one did.---What a nice surprise---especially since it is in our kitchen pantry.! Our old Wine Enthusiast cooler was about 14 years old when it quit---it served us well but we're very happy with this new one. Another good thing is that it was delivered three days after we ordered it---Great service!

I got this as a B-day gift from my wife, to help store my wines longer. Nice idea, dual cooling chambers. I do like my wine at room temperature for the richer flavor, so I will pull the wine out early before serving. Only complaint is this designed to store 3" diameter bottles, But about a quarter of my wines are in 3-3/8" diameter bottles and these bottles don't fit correctly. 3-3/8" is very common bottle size. Suggestion, make two of the wire shelves a 4 bottle shelf instead of 5 bottles, this will let the 3-3/8" bottles fit correctly. Second option is convert the plastic middle shelf to 4 bottles instead of 5 and covert the bottom wire shelf to 4 bottles, this will accomplish the same. I will defiantly take a 30 bottle wine cooler that can handle all my wine bottles over a 32 bottle wine cooler that makes it difficult to store my wines.

While I do enjoy this wine cooler, there are a couple things worth noting. First is that while the capacity is technically 32 bottles, most bottles are a very tight fit and (like with most wine coolers I've come across) the metal racks can scrape up the bottle labels as you add/remove bottles. Secondly, while not noisy, it isn't particularly quiet either -- about as loud as my 15 year old full-sized fridge. However, overall I do think it is good value-for-money and looks very nice.
