“Very quiet wine fridge that seems to working well. We've only had it a few weeks. I wish they would make one with more space between the racks to fit slightly bigger bottles. I don't have an issue with the width but the height between rows. Literally one half inch would make a huge difference but it seems every wine fridge is the same in this regard. Also, my hinge cap came broken and I have yet to receive a new one although I have emailed them twice about this.”

“The compressor is very quiet, but each time it activates the relay/contactor makes a loud "click" that can be heard over normal conversation. After calling Wine Enthusiast I purchased an extra shelf as the unit has the shelf brackets. This was a poor move as the shelf brackets are not correctly spaced apart That is one of the reasons the 32 bottle cooler will not hold 32 bottles. It appears to me that this unit was poorly engineered as most of the shelfs do not permit easy input/takeout of standard bottles as the bottles rub against the shelfs. In short I am disappointed in this unit. Note: I had I purchased this on Amazon, I could have returned it for free.”

“Does not fit 32 bottles and you have to put them in backwards to get the most bottles to fit (still not 32). These are standard size wine bottles.”

“Great little wine cooler! Extremely quiet except for the occasional banging/popping noise. Was bothersome at first but I have gotten used to it. The user manual does reference it so it was not unexpected.”

“We purchased this wine cooler 4 weeks ago and have enjoyed it. Modern look and feel, ample space for both red and white wines with dual zone, and quiet in our condo unit. Was our 1st wine cooler purchase and have been pleased with performance.”
