“We received the cooler is just a couple of weeks ago. Overall, it is ok, it works as advertised. However, there is a loud clicking sound when it turns on and off, which we are finding hard to get used to. We can hear the sound all around the house, especially at night. Not sure if we should return the unit or ask the manufacturer to send someone to check it out.”

“Good fridge. It is quiet and it holds temperature. However, the manual is incorrect with respect to the temperature set operations. It says holding the button will activate the lower zone first. It does not. It activates the upper zone first. The lower zone is activated when the button is pushed twice.”

“It is VERY quiet, which was important to us. Seems to keep the two compartments chilled at their respective temperatures. Fits well in our tight space. Having said all that, it would be nice if it was 1-inch deeper so that some of our irregular sized bottles that are taller than standard would fit better. But that's not a fault of the current model since it was not designed for that.”

“The ordering process and delivery were so easy and fast. We let it sit for 24 hours before starting. Setting the temperatures was easy. We let it get to our desired temps and filled it up. The longer bottles will not be able to take up residence as they are just too tall. Others have complained that it is noisy, I don’t find it any more annoying than my kitchen refrigerator. They are like people, we all have our individual creaks and groans ! We love our Dual zone wine cooler and so does our wine!”
