“It's a nice unit… But not impressed with the way the shelves slide in and out…”

“My wine refrigerator arrived in about a week, undamaged, unpacked, put in place, followed the instructions for set up, everything went fine. The unit has been cooling my wine for about a month now, it is maintaining temperatures as set, and I’m pleased with the purchase. I would purchase this unit again!”

“We were very excited to get this wine fridge since after sending winter in Napa, we had some bottles that needed to be stored in a proper cool templets, but we also like to grab whites that are ready to go. We thought that this was great first wine fridge (with dual zones) for an apartment, but... it doesn't work as intended. few days after we got this fridge, it started making cracking sound. we looked inside and saw sheet of ice on the top (colder) shelf . We tried to play with temperature, but ice kept accumulating and noise was constant We called Customer Service and were told it was not normal behavior and were asked to trust the unit (it was more cost efficient than shipping it back) and were offered a replacement. New unit came and it was the same thing - ice and noise at 41F even 45 F. This was back in early July. Now, in late SEP, we can say - this unit works ONLY on 50-55 F and doesn't keep whites on low 41F without building up ice and making constant cracking sound. Still can't explain the sound.. We are keeping this fridge, but using it as single zone with temperate set for 50F-55F It works fine for storing bottles, but don't expect to grab your White or Bubbly from the shelf and drink. You need to chill it in the kitchen fridge. I would think if you have a gathering and need many white or bubbly bottles ready to go, its possible to keep it for a day or two at 41F, if needed, but then you will need to explain your guests the weird crackig noise. I wish I would have given this unit better review. I am giving 3 starts because customers service was great and because we are using second unit for water (once we realized that both units behave the same way, and we would have to pay someone to take it out, we kept it. Our Fiji, Evian, Perrier and S.Pellegrino water bottles look very fancy in their home :) Its a good looking fridge. just wish it had real duel zone that would not make it jump each time it cracks and I would not need to keep defrosting it.”

“Does exactly what it says it will. Hold multi temps and the storage amount is spot on. Very quiet and look pretty cool. Now if it only came with a built in bartender/bar maid.”
