“The bottom zone holds it temperature, but the top zone does not. I am experiencing a 4 degree temperature drop from what it is set at (and then rise back up) several times a day with the top zone (no windows or vents nearby, temperature stable in room, no vents blocked, cellar door is only opened 2-3 x a week). I would not have purchased this given the top zone can't hold its temperature. I reached out to customer service, which was not helpful. I think my unit doesn't work right. I think the top zone is broke. Even if you make it the same temperature as the bottom zone - doesn't work.”

“Mary with Customer Service gets a 10. But quality control gets a 1. I ordered this refrigerator twice now and both times the doors would not align. I really was hoping since I returned the first one for the same issue, that the second one would be great. Nope. Another return.”
