“The packaging of the cooler was excellent. It began working immediately after being plugged into the wall. It is keeping the dual zones at the designated temperatures. There is a sound emitted from the unit, but it being housed in my family room with a television, it isn't bothersome, but audible. For the price point, I have no complaints as my former unit lasted at least five years. Love the company and the units they create at different price levels.”

“All in all happy with the cooler. I wish there were an option to have the door hinge on the left though. You need to have a few inches between the cooler and whatever it's up against on the right. We ended up pulling it forward quite a bit.”

“Great service. My first 32 bottle wine cooler came damage from the delivery. I called the company, sent pictures and with no hassel they sent me out a new one.”

“I was excited when my wine fridge arrived but was disappointed as it was damaged in transit. I reached out to the customer service team and they responded promptly and took action to resolve the issue. 10/10 for the wine fridge and for the customer service. Highly recommended, would definitely shop with them again with confidence!”

“This is a good wine frig, IF you don’t mind missing shelves. I’ve contacted them many times, and I’m still waiting for the shelf. Save your money and shop somewhere else.”
