Although the tech support team already has a replacement on the way, the original fridge I Orders was making a loud, sudden buzzing/zapping sound every time it needed to cool down again. Considering that I live in a fourth-floor walk up, it’s a bit disappointing to have carried the fridge upstairs only to discover that it was defective, and now, having to bring it back downstairs again.

We've had the wine cooler for a few weeks and it works great. The only downside is that I belong to a wine club that uses taller bottles and they don't fit when placed front to back. I have to lay them on the racks sideways....I've had several coolers and this is the first time this has happened. It never occurred to me to check the front to back measurement prior to purchase. But I'll make it work..

I am a bit disappointed with this purchase as it is exceptionally loud and the compressor runs often. Compared to any refrigerator or wine cooler I have owned, it is the loudest by far. So much so, I intend to reach out about a replacement or having someone come to inspect for a warrantee repair.

I have this filled with 29 red wine bottles; 19 bordeaux and 10 burgundy bottles. And a tin of Quaility Street on top of the deeper shelf! It's set at 60F and is fairly quiet; it's behind a low wall adjacent to our family room and we don't notice it running when watching TV, at least it doesn't bother us. At this price I'd give it a 5 if it was silent! So all in all good for the price and performance so far, but only a month old. Hopefully it'll last longer than some far more expensive beverage coolers we've had from other suppliers.

Arrived in great shape. Fired up and got to set temperatures and has stayed there. Holds the # of bottles as advertised incl some Pinot Noir and Cabs . Don’t even notice the sound. It did go on sale a few days after I purchased ($50 less) . Can I get an adjustment to that price? Thanks. Greg

Not a great experience, do not recommend 1. First one delivered was broken in transit 2. Second one delivered had a loud zapping noise periodically. When I contacted support, they said it was normal, but later said it was in 1 out of 20-30 coolers. 3. Third one is still loud, way louder than my previous wine coolers.

Both the new unit and the replacement unit were defective.
