“First delivery was the wrong unit, however they were quick to replace. Only problem now is the new unit is damaged, but Wine Enthusiast is going to replace. Great customer service.”

“Everything from ordering, through delivery to initial set-up were very smooth.I read maybe 100 reviews from about 8 similar models from recognizable and non-recognizable brand names. I'm glad I did...it took a while and several changes from my first impulses to settle on the Wine Enthusiast. I'm very happy with my choice and the 32 bottle wine cooler from Wine Enthusiast.”

“Original unit came with door unattached.......therefore inoperable. Was a surprise Christmas present, so very disappointing. No problem arranging for replacement to be shipped, although receiving it was not very quick. New one delivered by different company than pick up of broken one, although on same day. Had to sit and wait all day for both to be accomplished. Inconvenient!”

“Bought this as a gift for my fiance for Christmas and we are very pleased. It is very quiet and I am very sensitive to extra noise (i.e, refrigerators, dishwashers etc.) and I cannot hear this. We have it set up in the corner in our dining room and it looks great. Would highly recommend. My only con is that I wish you could set the temp a little lower. I like my white wine a little more chilled than this cooler allows, but that is just a personal preference.”
