It has sadly been delivered without shelf pegs and the top LED lights do not work with the button. They are just on when plugged in or off when unplugged. This is frustrating for such an expensive piece of furniture.

Bought this for my son for his bourbon collection. Very handsome and great craftsmanship. Excellent choice!

I've been looking for a cabinet specifically for Spirits, we don't drink wine so I don't need wine bottle space. The shelves in this cabinet look substantial and the photos show multiple bottles on one shelf which is reassuring however the reviews make me pause a bit. I've looked on Pottery Barn, Bassett you name it and cannot find one like this one. Just not sure what to do.

The vault is beautiful and my husband loves it! The only issue we have is with the doors. When you close the main door it ends up pushing g in the other door to the point where it gets stuck. I'm still trying to figure out why. I think it has something to do with the lock at the bottom.

Quality not what I expected especially all that I paid for it. The glass doors when you open and close bang the unit and the workmanship very shudity the glass doesn't meet under the handle all the way. And of course it just went on sale. Not Happy! Oh! and it came scratched

So, I recently got this as a wedding gift and was super excited when I found out (as we had to help set up the delivery). The first time delivery was attempted the unit came broken (glass was shattered) the second time a delivery was attempted the truck got in a wreck before it even made it to the delivery drivers, the THRID time there was ANOTHER truck accident and the FOURTH time delivery was successful....or so we thought, the white glove service was paid for which basically means the people completing the delivery bring the unit in, set it up completely and take the leftover trash with them. My wife was home to accept delivery ( I was watching from our cameras) the unit STILL came in damaged (trim around the glass on the inside was broken, chip in the wood by the door, lock on the bottom part of the door was broken completely off, the LED lighting was hanging so bad we literally had to super glue it so it would stay up, the touch to turn on the lights was so unresponsive we have to tap it 7 or 8 times before it finally responds to its 3 different light settings) it also had missing pieces (the shelf pegs to hold up the 2 variable height shelves we not even in the box) upon calling customer service I was informed that the pegs are on back order (so they just sent it without all the pieces?? Not very white glove if you ask me). Now keep in mind the full purchase price was paid for this unit (2,395 + tax + the extra fee for the white glove) Customer service assured they would reach back out and never did, I called again about the broken lock and still waiting to hear if/when that will be sent out. When the delivery guys were done setting up they asked my wife if there was a place they can dispose of the trash because they "were not allowed to take it" at which point I got on the speaker of the camera and explained if they do not take the trash I want a refund as it is part of the white glove service, after a bit of arguing they finally took the trash with them. The unit look as though it was stored outside and even though it was delivered in a box somehow there was dried up bird poop on the shelves that had to be scrubbed off! When attempting to use the lock on the top section we discovered that the lock was not measured properly before they installed it so we had to push so hard on the wood we thought it was going to shatter the glass before the lock finally latched, havent unlocked it since because given everything else that is probably broken now too, we didnt refuse delivery as everything I mentioned most wouldn't think to check until after getting the unit set up and we did not want to go through another 3 delivery attempts and have to wait until July to finally get a gift that was bought in late NOVEMBER! All in all a horrible experience and VERY poor craftsmanship for a 2k+ unit. This will be my first and only transaction with Wine Enthusiast. If a place is going to charge over 2k for a liquor cabinet and then extra for a "white glove" delivery I would expect everything to turn out fairly easy and not have near as many problems as we have had. I can understand one or two small things going wrong as nothing ever really goes off without a hitch but having this many issues and damages Wine Enthusiast is lucky we are stopping our grief at an honest review and not demanding a full refund. If you are looking for a great place to store your spirits and proudly put them on display I highly recommend either building one of your own, or going to Nebraska Furniture Mart and spending the coin on one of their units as you will have MUCH less of a headache. After getting most of our problems fixed (thanks to me being a self-sufficient redneck) the vault looks beautiful unless your the one who had to fix all the problems and deal with the delivery headaches as now I'm more frustrated with everything that now when I look at the vault I swear my blood runs backwards for a minute lol. All in all take your business elsewhere.

Took delivery of TWO Spirits Vaults. Missing Shelf pegs from one--called customer service...still no pegs. LED lights of one vault upper section do not work properly---will dim but cannot be turned completely off. Upper section door support rollers fall out of the drilled holes and had to be glued in place. Have replaced LED in top section of one Vault and replaced touch sensor.....lights still cannot be turned off completely. Would not purchase these expensive cabinets again.

I like the Spirits Vault but it did not come with the shelve pegs which extended the period of time for me to be able to use it.
