“Beautiful piece of furniture! Solid construction. Did not give 5 stars, because the door hinges were not installed properly. We had to remove them, bend back to shape & reinstall. Took over an hour. I wouldn’t expect this, for the price of this cabinet.”

“I was excited to see the Spirits Vault when it arrived. When you buy something online one often wonders about the actual quality and looks. This did not disappoint! The back lighting has 3 levels and is touch controlled. The wood is solid and finished well. Couldn't be happier.”

“Very beautiful piece but the LED lights don’t work. I spoke with customer service and was told they would arrange repair technician. Never heard from them again. Spoke to management and was very pleased that they were going to send a replacement but that has been about 6 months ago. They did say it was on back order but no word since. The white glove delivery was impressive at first because they delivered on Christmas Eve. However, gouged a hole in our wall and said they would call to arrange repair. Never heard from them again. I expected more from this company. Disappointing.”

“Like the vault. Missing the shelf pegs, called twice but haven't received yet nor gotten any timing update on when. Disappointing since can't use the vault without that. Been over a month.”

“The wine vault was delivered till May after delays from ordering in January of 2021. The communication about the various delays to say the least could have been substantially better. When the unit arrived the techs delivering the unit scratched the inside of the cabinet installing the shelves. Only other issue so far is the vault handle side door will not close all the time. The locks that trigger the locking mechanisms on the left hand door stick. There is a person in customer care working on this issue and hope to have it resolved soon.”
