“Simply not great. Doors are not even and spacing is off. Not a high end piece. You'd be better off buying a piece somewhere else and installing your own cooler. Delivery was questionable, too. Paid extra for 3 guys and only 2 showed up and they struggled with the piece, turning it upside down to get it upstairs.”

“This credenza is an amazing piece of furniture! It is constructed extremely well, and looks even better in person. The whole experience of working with Wine Enthusiast has been great. The only issue I had was the granite top didn't fit onto the credenza correctly (the granite has wooden blocks underneath so it sits 'tightly' onto the credenza. The customer service team at Wine Enthusiast was incredibly responsive and amenable to fixing it (gave me options of shipping a new one or if I could fix it myself, give me a partial payback for doing the work). Great customer service.”

“Very nice bar. It is high quality and looks great! delivery was quick and easy. I did need to drill a spot into the back to allow the fridge cord to be plugged in. Really happy with it!”

“Just got this piece yesterday and already love it. Spent a considerable amount of time reading reviews and wondering if I was going to get a 1 star piece of furniture or a 5 star - definitely a 5 star. To help others here’s a quick run down of everything I can think of that’s important including some responses to other’s reviews: - Took a day over three weeks from the day I ordered to the day it was delivered. Not bad! - It’s HEAVY. I mean real heavy! - Not sure others who noted it was cheaply made or wasn’t assembled? The wood is sturdy (see above heavy comment) and I put nothing together except sliding the two fridges in the cabinets. Even the shelving is in place - Was concerned about hole in back for cords after reading previous review saying he had to drill holes…until I noticed the two panels that I could screw off. Took less than 5 mins to remove both. - Only negative was the marble corner was chipped upon delivery - it happens. Called delivery support and was offered cash compensation or replacement. Chose replacement and they had a new order in my email in less than 10 minutes. Overall I would suggest if you can afford this luxury and you like the idea of cold wine and drinks at all times…oh and you should keep it on the first floor of your house….it’s heavy you know ;)”

“Beautiful piece. Arrived today without incident. Delivery crew was efficient and polite. Quickly got it set up and disposed of all trash. I haven’t hooked up the 2 wine coolers yet, as instructions say to slow 24 hours for them to settle from shipping. Love the cabinet and the coolers fit well. Couple of initial observations: 1. There are no holes in the back of the cabinet for the cooler power cords to exit. I had to drill 2 small ones for the cords to pass through. Not a big deal, but an apparent oversight when the cooler options are added 2. The cabinet comes with two very nice wine “boxes” that go into the left/right compartments. But if you order the wine fridges, these items have now further use. They’re very nice and I’ll try to repurpose them elsewhere, but I would have preferred saving a few bucks by not having them included. Will add/edit this review at 30 days after it’s been running for a while, but initially very pleased with this purchase.”

“The piece is beautiful, but it is poorly constructed. The doors are hard to pull open and shut. When they are closed, they do not line up properly with the body of the sideboard. The carousel does not move smoothly, due to the poor alignment of the sideboard. I asked customer service for assistance and they instructed me to tip the entire piece backward and adjust the leveling feet on the item. This item weighs hundreds of pounds, and it was hard for two professional delivery persons to get into place. I feel that this should have been a part of the white glove delivery. I don't see how an unlevel floor would cause such a sturdy piece of furniture to suddenly be unaligned.”

“It looks nice but the inside construction isn't great. We are still waiting fora. response about why it fell apart two weeks after it arrived. The top wood pieces were not glued on correctly. For a piece that costs this much, we would have expected more attention to detail.”
