“The quality is a little questionable. The swing door sticks. Also the top arrived broken. Have not heard from anyone after it was reported. A little disappointed.”

“The carousel sideboard is solidly built but with a few blemishes and design opportunities. There's two obvious patch jobs about the size off a quarter - one in the top of the granite and one on the front door of the carousel. Not a deal-breaker for me, but for the price of the piece you expect the granite and the wood to be without nicks, cracks or other flaws. The granite top doesn't fit flush to the sideboard and gives a small wobble if you put weight on top o it. Also, both the beverage compressor and the 28bottle wine cooler I ordered to go in the piece wobble slightly inside the cabinet. Design opportunity: inside the cabinet behind the carousel there's about 11" of dead space due to the dimensions of the piece and the carousel. I stash a few items back there, however, if the cabinet had 2 built in shelves 11" deep, you'd have twice the storage space to put lower priority bottles behind the carousel. Pros: sturdily built, highly functional and customizable for a range of beverages, looks nice Cons: some blemishes and flaws in the materials and design, expensive”

“I was hoping I'd be the lucky person and receive a unit undamaged, but No! Clearly, these units need to be handled with more care, and/ or the quality is poor. The carousel is damaged after 4 months to receive and the door does not close properly.”

“Ok, this piece is beautiful and the design is so cool BUT it’s too tall for a standard wine bar. I overlooked this when I ordered and had to send back for another (big mi$$$$take). Hoping the new one is a better fit. Lesson learned, never assume something is bar height just because it says bar.”

“Arrived in pristine condition and is solidly built. The finish is beautiful and it fits into our space perfectly! We got it with two wine refrigerators and just love everything about it! Great customer service also!”
