“Very pretty piece. However, the $200.00 I paid for "White Glove Delivery" was a waste. They did bring the furniture into the house, but that was after they almost dropped it from the truck. Once in the house, they had no tools, instructions and no idea how to set it up. Also the piece has a broken hinge on one of the doors and several scratches. We did receive some compensation for the scratches which we can use to fix them, but after 2 and a half weeks we are still waiting to hear if a new hinge has been located so that it can be sent to us. As it is, we cannot close the door on one side. As my husband and I had to set it up, we believe that we have done it correctly....again, no paperwork from the company.”

“I was very excited to receive my with cooler and was very disappointed with the quality. The wood was damaged the top was damaged. Make sure you inspect it well before the delivery guys leave.”

“The furniture is relatively poor quality and it was not accurately described. For example, there are no "shelves" rather there is a separate box that you can place inside the cabinet. The box is not stationery and has no adjustable shelves. In addition, one of the magnets that holds the door closed was broken. WE's customer service is very slow to respond and after weeks our complaints still are not resolved. I would not recommend this piece.”
