“This is a quality piece of furniture, and very very beautiful. We love the natural wood and the inlay—it’s a rustic modern look. We got it not with the wine fridge, but with the wine and glass rack. These are so nice that they can be displayed by themselves outside of the furniture, leaving more storage space inside. The downside is that the pice is SO HEAVY that it requires three people to move it. The delivery company tried to deliver it FIVE TIMES and succeeded in sending the proper number of hands the last time. It was a frustrating experience. Also, I’m not sure from where this furniture originates, but in my dry Colorado dining room, it started to split. Wine Enthusiast was very helpful in setting up a repair person, as it would have been extremely difficult to move that piece again! Furniture Medic showed up, exclaimed about the beauty and quality of the piece, and took care of the crack. It is in-noticeable. Also, for my delivery troubles, Wine Enthusiast has reimbursed my shipping charge. I had also asked for additional wine glass holders, as this is the type of storage I need, but I have not gotten a response from them on this.”

“Gorgeous statement piece of furniture and keeps my wine at the perfect temp. People comment on it when they see it. It’s also a VERY HEAVY piece of furniture so make sure that you have it exactly where you want it when the delivery team is in your house. The only negative is that the panel of wood behind the fridge has to be modified. You have to cut a square piece out for the fridge to vent. I decided to not attach the entire panel of wood behind the fridge and let it just stay that way.”
