“Absolutely stunning in our dining room. Well made solid. We added the 2 zone 32 bottle wine cooler, used the wine storage insert on the other side and added 3 ‘X’ square wine storage units. White Glove service was professional and a must…this unit is heavy.”

“I have to say I'm disappointed with both the customer service and the cabinet itself. I understand that there are supply chain issues everywhere that are out of the control of the company. However, just being a little more proactive in the contact about status versus waiting for the customer to call would have been helpful. Also don't send an automated email asking for a review when I haven't received the unit. They did send 3 people out to setup the cabinet and they did a good job and where polite (it was a third party shipper), but they did run over and break a sprinkler head on my front lawn. :( As for the cabinet itself it is a solid piece and appears well made. The resin part on mine is a full resin river, and the doors appear okay so far. My complaint is on the finish, as others have stated its matte. Then resin looks dull and picks up finger prints, and the wood is also dull. At this price my expectation was that it would have a nice sealer on it that makes the wood and resin pop. Its not that hard or difficult to do, so very disappointed that I now have to do it in order to make the cabinet how it should have been delivered. I would not recommend buying this.”

“With a crawling baby on our hands, our prior bar with exposed bottles wasn't going to last. I liked that this would be a stylish child proof option that safely concealed bottles and had integrated cooling. It has not disappointed. The bar looks fantastic, and the amount of cabinet space it offers is perfect for our needs. The integrated wine fridge is also very convenient as it ensures that everything we need for entertaining is in one place. Keep in mind that this is a BIG piece. It took us a little getting used to, but now we love it in our home. The doors have integrated pressure locks which will make it impossible for a toddler to open. Love that this is already built in so we won't have to worry about any sneaky hands getting into our liquor cabinet (at least until they're older). Absolutely recommend this for anyone looking for a child proof option while keeping their liquor handy. Important note: Our initial delivery of the bar back in August 2021 came with warped doors that did not fully close. We contacted our sales rep immediately and he was very supportive, ensuring that a replacement unit was shipped out to us while we kept the original one. The replacement arrived in December 2021, due to supply chain issues. Between the two, a few design improvements had been made to the doors on the new one to reinforce them and keep the problem from occurring, which was good to see. We've had the new unit for almost 2 months now without any complaints.”

“We got it in September and absolutely love the look This past month we are having an issue with the door closing where the cooler is. All three doors are not closing correctly but the one with the wine cooler doesn’t stay closed at all. I have written twice and have not had any response as to how to resolve the problem. All the doors were great when it arrived but Seem to be warping”
