“The name is deceptive. There is no inlay, the black part is a stain which on our cabinet wasn’t applied right and dripped. The finish of the whole thing is matte, not a satin. When I asked for a resolution for the dripping stain on the door I was told they would ship out a replacement (on back order). So I would have this one in the apartment until a replacement ever came. And at that point I would have to get the old one boxes up so the delivery/pickup guys would haul it off. And then unpack and wrangle the replacement into place. This was a huge undertaking the first time as it weighs 400 pounds and the “white glove delivery” was just two guys getting the box into our living room and leaving it upended in the box for me to manhandle (womanhandle). I think WE tried but for the amount of money we spent, the months waiting for delivery, and the dissatisfaction with the quality, I expected more. I even asked for just a new door to be sent but that wasn’t an option. :(”

“We love the credenza. We took out the inside shelve to accommodate 3 refrigerators nicely, approximately 100 bottles of wine, and the rack for wine glasses. The inside shelve is made of beautiful wood and we plan to use it as a bar table. The credenza is beautiful and the design is elegant. It is eye catching and has become the centerpiece for our kitchen and family room. The top of the credenza requires gentle care, no heavy cleaners or polish. We are so happy with the entire piece.”

“This is a beautiful piece of furniture. The doors won’t close and all 3 are warped like crazy. Called customer service numerous times and emailed at least 10 times. They don’t care! Terrible customer service. But, they sure will collect your $3000 for this unit.”

“After 3 mknths, my wine console is in place in my living room. I was not impressed with the "white glove" delivery service, which consisted of setting the 400 lb. console in the general area and putting the wine fridge next to it...This 76 year old woman removed the backing and extra racks so that I could put the 32 bottle wine fridge into its spot. Don't know what to do with extra pieces, but they are very nice pieces: glass rack and wine rack...will work on it. Waiting for help to move the very heavy piece into final position.”

“Like Robert, we just received our item and found that 2 of the 3 doors are badly warped so that the doors do not close. It is a shame because it is a nice piece. Fortunately, Michelle in customer service has been helpful. WE will order another unit, but I have to say that I am skeptical whether the next piece (which will arrive 3 months from now) will not have the same issue. I would not order this unit.”

“We ordered a wine cabinet with a wine fridge 2 years ago. The fridge didn't stay cold and was replaced. Thank You! The left door of the cabinet droops and the handles no longer align. We contacted Wine Enthusiast about this immediately. They said they would have someone call us to repair it. As of today, no one has called. This was an expensive wine cabinet, and I'm disappointed with the company's quality and lack of response!”
