“It would be a 5 star rating, but it came damaged. I sent an email request for replacement/repair, but never heard back. I went to home depot and added a bolt to the screw so it would tighten manually, as the internal threads were shot and not holding it on the stand.”

“The product is attractive and works fine. The angle on the vertical support held the bottle at an angle different from image online. Took it to a metal worker for correction. Would not order again.”

“We spent 6 months with a decorator and builder redesigning our bar/game room/theater. We are pleased with the end result and wanted only a few items displayed. This is a beautiful and functional addition. We couldn’t be more pleased with how it looks and how it works.”

“We ordered one with our friend. Ours was damaged upon receipt. Poorly packages, granite was chipped, and dull. Our friend’s was perfect. WE customer service was responsive and requested pictures of damage and refunded my purchase. Based on this I hope my damaged product was a minority of purchases.”
