“Unit is good but was missing one of the four pads that fit under the stand. Reported this and sent pics but no replacement sent to-date. Ordered, and paid for, a replacement worm that has not yet arrived. Disappointed in customer service!”

“Excellent conversational piece. Purchased this for our new, at home bar. It has an industrial meets antique feel and we just have fun using it! It is a beautiful piece! Just be sure once you pull the lever forward remove the bottle before you push the lever backwards, otherwise the cork will end up in the bottle.”

“Nice product, horrible service. I ordered as a Christmas present on November 30 and didn’t receive the order until February. Merry Christmas. Not ordering here ever again. Not even a “Sorry for the late delivery” from the company. Continued getting emails the week before Christmas saying “Not too late to order for Christmas delivery”. Don’t order from here unless you don’t care about when your package might arrive.”
