“Easy opener. Be sure to hold the bottle holder tight. After bringing the handle forward, remove the bottle. Push the handle all the way back and be ready for the cork to drop.”

“While the puller itself works well the manner in which it attaches to the stand is not secure and looks horrible. The one I received actually will not tighten onto the stand. Customer service has ordered a replacement which I have yet to receive after about 6 weeks. I would not recommend this particular product.”

“It's nice and the black marble is very nice but I was not impressed with the personalized lettering. Looks cheap and there is a mark around the whole space of the lettering like a decal/sticker was placed. Not worth the money which was $175.”

“The opener was broken in 2 places when it arrived. First the anchors in the marble stand all pulled out during assembly. Second the screw clamp that attaches the opener to the stand was stripped. As a result, I was unable to attach the opener to the stand. I would have rated this a single star, but after I called customer service they apologized for the poor quality and gave me a full refund minus the delivery fee. They told me not to send the opener back to them. With some effort I was able to repair both issues. Now the opener works great. Because of the good customer service I decided to rate this 3 stars.”

“Although the appearance of these are quite stunning, the quality is less than par. We’ve now had two and BOTH have broken within 2 years use. The handle actually breaks off!! No good if you enjoy your wine like we do!”
