“Bracket angle is over bent so the clamping surface tilts the opener too far forward. In bending it open, paint popped off. Once done the unit does great.”

“It worked OK for about a year, but it then became balky and eventually, the screw got bent inside the mechanism and is now inoperable. To make matters worse, IWA will not respond on the phone (unless I want to buy something), or chat online. Their voice message says that if you want customer service, you need to email them. Good luck with that, and Happy Easter to all of you at IWA who gladly took my money.”

“Arrived in great shape. It's really very pretty and quite the conversation piece. I love the uncorking in one swing, and especially the recorking feature when done in reverse! My only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the the handle that screws into the main piece was crooked, leaving an uneven gap. Since I waited 3 months for this, I wasn't about to send it back - so I have to use pliers and strength to rethread the handle. Now it's much better!”
