“Ordered this corkscrew for my husband for Christmas. It does not work properly! The cork does not pull out when using the grips on the side to hold the bottle neck. If I hold the bottle with my hand, the cork pulls out. I called Customer Service and they are currently out of stock until March on the corkscrew. I was told to call back at the end of 2ruary and they will replace it.”
