“This unit looks great, is heavy, and operates very smoothly, but its interior parts are inferior. Nylon/plastic blocks, weak metal, and a corkscrew that can’t handle commercial usage - and when it fails, it really fails spectacularly - curls up the screw so replacing it is difficult. And the screw that holds the handle on is so soft it deforms with regular use.”

“Took 4 months to arrive. Not as nice of quality that they used to be. I’ve had 3 stop working and fall apart.”

“MARBLE HANDLE BROKE .YOU HAVE TO BUY THE HOLD CORK SCREW WITHOUT BASE. THE COST IS $79.00 NOT GOOD SERVICE”

“Thanks for asking. My corkscrew handle has broken off and the threads on the handle as well as inside the base handle are stripped. I need replacement parts or a new unit. I am a Wine Enthusiast employee. Thanks Jim Gordon 707 815-0893”

“Used a few times then the screw that secures opener would not tighten to hold corkscrew on stand. Useless now. Customer service never got back to me.”

“Bought one 4 years ago worked perfectly until needle broke which you would expect after 4 years. Ordered a new one and on average it only works 2 out of 3 times when opening bottles, and I don’t use it on synthetic corks. Will have to get back to company to determine issue”
