“When it arrived it was missing one of the small cloth (or felt) pads that go in between two of the parts. I called and spoke to customer service. I was told that I would get a replacement but then I was told no replacements were available. Then I made a pad with felt protector pads that go under chair legs. It's a little too thick but I can make it workCarolyn Wright”

“This is a replacement for an opener my wife and I used for fifteen years and it is much easier to us than our previous opener. When our previous corkscrew failed I purchased the Legacy corkscrew to the stand that I already had and it solved the problem.”
