“When it works, this is a great product. However, this is the fourth "head" that I have had to purchase. After many uses, the threads appear to strip on the device that holds it to the post. The whole unit slips and becomes virtually useless. If the manufacturer would fix that flaw, this would be a 5*.”

“It FINALLY arrived. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift. It ordered early November and It arrived late January. The opener looks very nice. It works smoothly but I’m concerned with how long the mechanisms inside will last. It doesn’t seem super sturdy.”

“We had previously purchased a similar opener (Estate) from another retailer. It never worked properly, even after replacing the worm and the slug. I really hesitated to purchase this one but am so glad that I did. This one is smooth, study and easy to use. Love it!”
