“Involve two people to assemble. It took us about 45 minutes. Larger bottles (like Syrah) don't fit well but alternating the bottle facing between top and bottom of bottle is a good alternative for larger wine bottles.”

“These Riedel Vinum wine glasses are the best for really enjoying the essence of the wines. They are a bit fragile, but normally fine if you're careful. They also make a beautiful presentation. I love them.”

“Took a while to figure out how to assemble the shelves (I ordered two). First time out of the gate I was worried about it standing up straight. Then I figured out that the best strategy was to put it together, tighten it up, and then shim it with a level to get it upright. Second time around it was a piece of cake! Final product looks great and my wife likes the smell.”

“Wine really tastes better in these glasses! And they are a great shape for opening up the red wines we love so much as we're huge Pinot Noir fans. Actually, all our reds go in these glasses because we love the shape so much. While I don't love hand washing these glasses, they are worth it the extra effort.”

“you may need to attach the rack to the wall with some clips or screws just to make sure it doesn't fall forward by accident. especially if installing on carpeted floor like my wine closet.”

“Product was damaged at delivery. Three shelves were cracked. I have sent 4 emails for help with no response. I will never buy from this company again.”
