“Purchased 5 of these to be used in a "U" configuration in my basement cellar. 3 units across the back with 1 each at each side wall at 90 degrees to the triple unit.It was a bit difficult to assemble by myself, but by the 5th one I was a pro. Once the bottom shelf is inplace, the rest is quite easy if working alone.Measurements are a bit off in the specifications as there are 2 columns of holes on the support legs as shown in the main product picture. This is designed so you can attach adjoining racks together and "share" a support column. Be advised that if you use the outer mounting hole as shown in the picture, the shelf capacity will be reduced to 7 bottles per shelf. As it is when using the inner hole the 1st and 9th position are a bit tight for standard 750ml bottles. The assembled width of 1 unit using the inner holes is 35 1/8", 2 units together measure 66 3/4" and 3 units together measure 98 4/4".Larger bottles may not fit directly next to each other but work in every other space with a standard bottle between.I did not install the X braces as I attached the units to each other as well as the walls in my cellar.Certainly not fine furniture but perfectly acceptable in my opinion. I actually like the look better than the individual space look created by the more traditional redwood racks. Cant speak to the long term ability of the shelves to resist warping as there is no center support. In a high humidity environment with close to 30 lbs per shelf, only time will tell. I think the only asthetic downside is all the unused holes on the support legs. If extra rod ends were supplied to fill these unused holes, it would add a more finished look to the units. All in all I believe it was a good purchase and they make an easy recommendation.”

“I wash them by hand. Seem delicate but do say "dishwasher safe". Not only do I recommend them but bought some for my friends.”

“The rack is in our current wine cellar, which is a converted large closet. This did just what I wanted in terms of a compact, single bottle display. I assembled it by myself, which made getting it started a little tricky. Better to start the assembly with two people.”

“I purchased 2. The first took a couple of hours to put together. The second took about 30 minutes. When assembling, don't tighten the screws until all shelves are assembled.”

“We use this in our kitchen. It doesn't fit Pinot / Syrah style bottles as well as the narrower bordeaux style; but works if you're willing to put some bottles in with their bottoms facing out to make things fit cleanly. Still, very happy with how many bottles this fits and it looks great.”
