“Rose seems to be a little bit trendy at the moment. I tend to not be much of a fan but this sparkling rose is to die for. It's a pale, delicate shade of pink with a hint of strawberries on the nose. It's dry, refreshing and mildly fruity. It speaks to me of summer lawn parties, weddings and festive soirees. It is inherently girly, but classy enough that the husband happily drank it too (and liked it I might add). Serve it well chilled or even in frozen glasses.”
