“I received the glass within specs ordered, I put the glass in and it cracked down the middle, still using the glass but not happy with result.”

“Original was a translucent ceramic that was prone to sooting over. This product is clear like oven glass so we can see the flames again. I was just going to replace the old glass with a steel sheet, but wife insisted on glass. I approve. New gaskets, paint, and stainless pipe so good for another thirty years.”

“The glass was cut very accurately! Fit perfectly and no cracked/exploded glass because i didnt over tighten the tabs that hold it in place. I like the engraving on the bottom corner letting me know what type of glass. I put the engraved side out, wont get sooted up that way. Josiah and Mike are awesome. Great customer service. Had an issue with shipping address and Josiah called ME the next morning and it got sorted out. Thats customer service folks!!!!”
