These callets are absolutely the best ever. Delicious flavor just the right touch of sugar and dark chocolate yumminess. If I have just a couple after dinner, I’m satisfied for my chocolate need. So it’s a very easy way to be satisfied with a small amount of chocolate that’s absolutely delicious.

Callebaut 811 delivers a beautifully balanced dark chocolate with rich cocoa flavor and a touch of sweetness. The callet format melts smoothly and tempers easily, making it perfect for molding, enrobing, ganache, or baking. Professional-grade consistency and silky texture make every dessert shine. Slightly premium in price, but absolutely worth it for quality results every time. Pros: smooth melt, balanced flavor, versatile use. Cons: mild for those wanting ultra-dark chocolate
