This is my go to chocolate for baking. To me, the % cocoa is in between bittersweet and semisweet which makes it a versatile choice. I've used it in cakes, mousse, cookies or as a topping for ice cream (either "as is" or as an ingredient in a chocolate sauce). Your guests won't be disappointed.
