“I love Callebaut chocolate and especially these 54.5% chocolate callets. They are the perfect percentage of chocolate…not too sweet yet not bitter. A great balance of flavor. They are so creamy and the texture is soft and smooth. They are wonderful for making ganache or candy and they do very well in baking. I use them for my chocolate chip cookies. They are also great in homemade trail mix. They were packed well and shipped fast. I had paid extra for special packing to keep them from melting now that the weather is warmer. These chocolate chips from Callebaut have a tendency to melt easily so outside of the colder months it’s best to pay extra for protective packaging to keep them from melting. I’m very happy with World Wide Chocolate. Great selection of chocolate products.”
