“No question about the quality of the products I ordered but can’t use all of them in my baking since they were all melted.
I ordered and infact paid extra $$ for the weather package and when it arrived all the gel packs inside the cooler were melted and very very warm to touched, hence all the chocolates inside were melted as well the renders them unusable.
They shipped it thru FedEx (by land) and literally arrived at my place 6 days from shipping date.
I emailed them the day I received the products that they’re melted and I got e response that they resolve the issue. After that nothing happened and never heard from them inspite of 3 follow up emails I send them. No response nor call from them. I called on Friday 6/26/20 and was told the they will stand with replacement guarantee and that they’ll replace the items I ordered by Monday but still never heard frim them.
The customer service is awful. I felt that they just don’t care about the issues of thie customer (in my case) and will never resolve it. It is clearly written in thoe website FAQ they they’ll replacement any melted items if the customer imuded a weather package upon check out which I did.
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. Lesson learned! I am so so mad, disappointed and frustrated with them. I am planning to get in touch with department on trade and customer service organizations for help on this.”
